Are your gemstones natural?+
Yes. Every gemstone we sell is natural. Treatments are disclosed on the product page and, where a laboratory report exists, exactly as stated on the report.
Which laboratories certify your stones?+
Our finest stones carry reports from GIA, GRS, SSEF, Gübelin or IGI — the laboratory is named on each product page. Stones without an external report come with our own gemological description and can be sent to a laboratory on request.
Do you ship to Europe, the USA, the UK and Asia?+
Yes. We ship fully insured with DHL and FedEx to more than 120 countries, including every EU country, the UK, Switzerland, the USA, Canada, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong and the UAE.
Can you set a loose stone into a custom ring?+
