Couriers and insurance

Every order ships by insured express courier (DHL Express or FedEx International Priority) with full declared-value insurance from our vault to your door. Shipping is free on every order.

Parcels require a signature on delivery and cannot be left with a neighbour or in a safe place.

Delivery times

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Transit is typically 2–5 business days to Europe, the UK, Switzerland, the USA and Canada, and 3–7 business days to Asia, the Middle East and Australia. Custom jewelry ships 3–4 weeks after you approve the design.

Duties and taxes (DDP)

DDP — Delivered Duty Paid — means we pay import duties and taxes on your behalf, so nothing is due on delivery. We ship DDP to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States. The amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

For other destinations orders ship DAP (Delivered At Place): import duties or VAT, if any, are charged by the courier or customs on delivery. Loose gemstones are duty-free in many countries, but VAT or GST usually applies.

Countries we ship to

We ship to more than 120 countries. A small number of destinations cannot be served by insured courier; if yours is one of them we will tell you before accepting payment.

Returns

You may return any unaltered item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact us first so we can send a prepaid, insured return label — uninsured returns cannot be accepted. Stones must be returned with their original laboratory report and packaging.

Custom and resized jewelry is made to order and cannot be returned, except for a manufacturing fault.

Damaged or missing parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, note it with the courier, photograph the packaging before opening, and contact us within 48 hours. Because every parcel is fully insured, we will replace the item or refund you once the claim is opened.
